Route Zero - Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-12
Summary
Route Zero is a mobile game by Pluvoo Games. You do not need an account to play. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The game stores your progress on your device. The services listed below receive limited technical and usage data so the game can show ads and be improved.
Who we are
Pluvoo Games ("we", "us") publishes Route Zero. Questions about this policy or your data: contact@pluvoostudios.com. Effective date: 2026-10-12.
Information we and our service providers collect
- Gameplay data (progress and settings) is stored on your device. We do not receive it.
- Usage analytics (Google Analytics / GA4): a randomly generated identifier created when the game is first run, and in-game events such as sessions, levels started or finished and ads viewed. Like any internet request, the upload also reveals your IP address to Google, which derives an approximate region from it. This data is not linked to your name or email address.
- Advertising (Google AdMob): the advertising identifier of your device, IP address, device and app information, and your interactions with ads, used to serve, limit and measure ads. Where the law requires it, ads are personalised only after you consent.
How we use it
- to run the game and keep it stable;
- to understand how the game is played so we can fix problems and improve it;
- to show and measure advertising that keeps the game free;
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the game:
- Google (Analytics) - usage analytics. See https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Google (AdMob) and the ad networks it works with - advertising. See https://support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543
Your advertising choices
- You can reset or delete your advertising identifier and turn off ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the game shows a consent form before personalised ads; you can change your choice later from the privacy option in the game's settings.
Children
Route Zero is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the local age of digital consent), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at contact@pluvoostudios.com and we will act on it.
Retention, access and deletion
Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our analytics account (up to 14 months). Because the data is tied to a random identifier and not to your identity, we usually cannot look up a specific person; you can still ask for access to or deletion of data about you, or object to its use, by writing to contact@pluvoostudios.com. Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your device. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA) you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
International transfers and security
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, under the safeguards they publish. We use reasonable technical measures to protect the data we handle, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy we publish the new version on this page and update the effective date (2026-10-12).
