Boltline - Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-12
Summary
Boltline is a mobile game by Pluvoo Games. You do not need an account to play. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. The game stores your progress on your device. The services listed below receive limited technical and usage data so the game can be improved and have its advertising measured.
Who we are
Pluvoo Games ("we", "us") publishes Boltline. Questions about this policy or your data: contact@pluvoostudios.com. Effective date: 2026-10-12.
Information we and our service providers collect
- Gameplay data (progress and settings) is stored on your device. We do not receive it.
- Gameplay analytics (GameAnalytics): a randomly generated identifier created when the game is first run, device and app information (device model, operating system, app version, country derived from your IP address) and in-game events such as sessions and levels started or finished. This data is not linked to your name or email address.
- Install attribution (Adjust): the advertising identifier of your device where it is available and permitted, IP address, device and app information, and the time of install and app opens, used to tell which advertising campaign, if any, led to the install.
- Facebook SDK (Meta): the advertising identifier of your device where it is available and permitted, IP address, device and app information, and app events such as install, app launch and levels played, used to measure the advertising campaigns that promote the game on Facebook and Instagram. The game has no Facebook Login; you never sign in to Facebook in the game.
- When the game starts for the first time it shows a privacy consent screen; where the law requires it, data is used for advertising measurement only after you consent.
How we use it
- to run the game and keep it stable;
- to understand how the game is played so we can fix problems and improve it;
- to measure which advertising campaigns bring new players to the game;
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the game:
- GameAnalytics - gameplay analytics. See https://gameanalytics.com/privacy
- Adjust - install attribution. See https://www.adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy/
- Meta Platforms (Facebook SDK) - measurement of advertising campaigns. See https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
- Voodoo, our publishing partner, which runs the advertising tests for the game and receives the analytics and attribution results above to evaluate them.
Your advertising choices
- You can reset or delete your advertising identifier and turn off ad personalisation in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
Children
Boltline is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where that is the local age of digital consent), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at contact@pluvoostudios.com and we will act on it.
Retention, access and deletion
GameAnalytics, Adjust and Meta keep the data they receive for the periods stated in their own policies. Because the data is tied to a random identifier and not to your identity, we usually cannot look up a specific person; you can still ask for access to or deletion of data about you, or object to its use, by writing to contact@pluvoostudios.com with the subject "Delete my data - Boltline" and, if you can, your device's advertising identifier; we delete the data we hold, ask GameAnalytics, Adjust and Meta to delete theirs, and answer within one month. Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your device. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA) you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
International transfers and security
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States, under the safeguards they publish. We use reasonable technical measures to protect the data we handle, but no system is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we change this policy we publish the new version on this page and update the effective date (2026-10-12).
